Due to me just being all over the place I have not made a menu we have stuck to in the last 2 weeks. However, we did not eat out and was able to get to made do with what we had in the house. It was nice to get our refrigerator down to bear bones.
This week’s dinner menu:
Sunday, February 19th, 2017 – Leftovers
Monday, February 20th, 2017 – Soup and Grilled Cheese
Tuesday, February 21th, 2017 – Upside down Pizza
Wednesday, February 22th, 2017 –Pork Chops
Thursday, Feburary 23th, 2017 – Tocas
Friday, February 24th, 2017 – Pizza
Since, I am Vegetarian (yes, just me) made Vegetarian Philly Cheese Steaks, ate leftovers Calzones from Aldi. Also yummy homemade premium salad.
We have so much stocked up this week so my shopping list should be very minimal! I have been hoping to increasing my meal planning to once every 2 weeks but this week is not the week. Orgnially my husband was suppose to go out of town for training but it was cancelled 2 days before he was set to travel. I have the most pack busy week I could have dreamed of that it’s not a good week to plan 2 weeks… I am hoping in March give a two week menu a go ahead.
- I went to store on Toca night and spent less $5 for tortillas and fresh pico de gello ingredients. Otherwise the past 2 weeks have been easy we eat what he had in the house but must admit we did treat ourselves to some fast food treats. My mother spend money on fresh fruit and veggies this week at Aldi which was still very minimial expense.
